Having worked in various locations as a valuer, including Wellington, the UK, Wanganui, and more recently (since 2017) the King Country, Guy specialises in all property fields including Rural land holdings, Commercial property along with residential and lifestyle properties. 

As previous chairman of the Wanganui Branch of Property Institute of NZ, current board member of ValGroup, board trustee at his local primary school and rugby coach for his son’s rugby team, Guy is committed to the continued growth and improvement of the wider community from a professional and personal perspective.

Guy is married with 3 children as well as being an avid sports enthusiast. Now that his rugby playing days are behind him, he enjoys the less physically demanding sports of tennis, squash and golf as well as following his children’s pursuits.

Thomas Williams (left)

B.Com Ag majoring in Agribusiness, farm management, and valuation. Registered Valuer since 2010 and member of both the Property Institute of New Zealand and New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Thomas joined Doyle Valuations in 2021, focusing on rural and lifestyle valuation. After graduating from Lincoln University in 2006, he provided valuations and property advice across the rural sector from Coromandel to Napier, based out of central Waikato. He has extensive experience in rural valuation, specialising in pastoral businesses, leases, and compensation work. In 2010, Thomas became a rural bank manager, working for two major banks before managing farms in South Waikato, dealing with bull finishing and deer operations. Thomas, his wife Kirsty, and their three children now live on a grazing block near Te Kuiti, growing maize silage alongside dairy grazers and bull beef. Away from work, Thomas enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing tennis.
